Now Hiring: Part-time Humanities Faculty
Chesterton Academy of the Immaculata, a joyfully Catholic, classical co-educational school in MetroWest Boston serving grades 9-12, seeks a faithful and talented educator who has a passion for Catholic classical education to serve as part-time faculty members of our school, which will open in September 2025.
We are currently accepting applications to teach history, philosophy, or physical education.
Qualifications
● A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related disciplinary field is required.
● Three to five years of teaching experience is preferred, as well as experience in and passion for Catholic classical education.
● Candidate must be a practicing Catholic willing to take the Oath of Fidelity to the Magisterium.
● Candidates must possess excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
● Candidates should have experience contributing to the vision and mission of an apostolic and educational enterprise.
Responsibilities
● Participate in the House System, which is designed to promote character and virtue and to help students grow in holiness
Salary and Benefits
Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience.
